The thirty-minute consultation costs nothing, requires no purchase, and the Market Comparison Report is yours either way — the $500 is what the analysis is worth, not a bill. Carriers pay us a commission only if you place a contract.
Any guarantee comes from the issuing carrier. It is not FDIC insured and not guaranteed by any bank.
These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered through it by William Rapp, doing business as Exclusive Annuities, trading as Exclusive Annuities. By using the site, booking a call, or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 and a resident of the United States to use our services.
Exclusive Annuities is an independent insurance agency licensed in all 50 states and contracted with 65+ carriers. Our advisors are licensed insurance producers.
We are not a bank, a broker-dealer, a registered investment adviser, a law firm or an accountancy practice. Nothing on this site, and nothing said on a call, is investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell a security. The consultation is offered at no cost and with no obligation. No purchase is necessary and none is required to receive the Market Comparison Report.
The report sets out options identified for your situation at the time it is prepared, based on the information you give us. The $500 figure describes the value of the analysis, not a charge to you: nothing is billed to you for it at any point.
The report is a comparison, not a contract. It does not bind us or any carrier, and the terms that govern any product are only those in the carrier’s own contract and disclosure documents. Rates and availability quoted in it can change before an application is placed.
Annuity guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability and financial strength of the issuing insurance carrier. They are not insured by the FDIC, the NCUA or any federal government agency, are not deposits, and are not guaranteed by any bank.
Figures and illustrations shown on this site are for illustration only. Past performance does not indicate future results. Withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges, market value adjustments, and ordinary income tax, and withdrawals before age 59½ may carry an additional federal penalty.
We are compensated by insurance carriers in the form of commissions, and only where a client places a contract. You pay us nothing directly at any stage. Commission arrangements vary between carriers and products. Our advisors are held to a standard requiring your interests to come ahead of any carrier relationship or difference in compensation; ask any advisor about the compensation on a product being discussed and they will tell you.

This clause governs your use of the website. It does not limit any right you have under an insurance contract issued to you by a carrier, or under state insurance law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exclusive Annuities and its advisors, officers and employees against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with your state insurance department or attorney general.
We may revise these terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revision. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
